Taking over your files
so you don't have to re-enter everything
Your leases, invoices, rent receipts and company articles are read, sorted and cross-checked. You approve the report, CanalPlace sets up your properties, tenants, leases and expenses.
What the file takeover does
A help to arrive on CanalPlace with an account that is already set up. Manual entry always remains possible.
Automatic reading of your files
Leases, invoices, rent receipts, articles: the tool reads your documents (OCR and AI), sorts and cross-checks them to rebuild your properties, companies and tenants.
A report to approve
You review the list, rename, untick what is wrong. Nothing is created until you have approved.
Tax regime from the articles
Company form, corporate or income tax option, partners' shares, clauses: the regime is suggested from the articles, never guessed. You confirm.
Qualified expenses, rents declared by you
Each invoice gets a tax category; if it is uncertain, the expense stays a draft. Paid rents are the ones you declare, never invented.
Documents filed and encrypted
Your documents are filed in your encrypted personal folders. Uploaded files are deleted 30 days after the set-up.
Controlled invitations
Your tenants and providers only receive an invitation e-mail with your confirmation, and you can resend it while the account is not activated.
